The Vintech Audio model 273 is a stereo set of class A, all discrete, transformer balanced microphone preamplifiers with "essential eq" on each channel. The mic pre's are based on the classic Neve 1073 module. Perfect for stereo applications or for anything you want that classic Neve sound on - snare, kick, vocals. The Vintech 273 is an amazing deal for what it gives you.

The Vintech Audio 273 Class A discrete stereo preamp is the same preamp used in the 473 and the X73i. It has 70 db of gain (think of it as a 2 channel version of the 473). It also has simple EQ on each channel, 'reductive or additive' per hi or low shelf. Great for brightening, dulling, thinning or making the sound fatter during tracking.
